Thank you for shopping with us! This Shipping Policy explains how your orders are processed, shipped, and delivered when purchasing from our website (“Site”). By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.


1. ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

All orders are processed within:

  • 2–7 business days for print-on-demand apparel and accessories

  • 1–3 business days for ready-to-ship items (if applicable)

Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

If we experience unusually high order volumes, processing times may be extended. You will be notified of significant delays via email.


2. SHIPPING TIMES

Shipping times vary based on destination, product type, and courier availability. Typical delivery windows:

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days

  • Expedited shipping (if offered): 2–4 business days

Canada

  • Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days

United Kingdom & Europe

  • Standard Shipping: 7–20 business days

Australia & New Zealand

  • Standard Shipping: 10–20 business days

Rest of World

  • Standard Shipping: 10–25 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Customs delays, weather disruptions, carrier issues, or holiday seasons may extend delivery.


3. SHIPPING RATES

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Your shipping address

  • The total weight/size of your order

  • Current carrier rates

Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions. These will be clearly displayed on the Site.


4. MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS

Because some products are printed and fulfilled at different facilities, items in the same order may arrive in separate packages at no extra cost to you.


5. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing:

  • A tracking number

  • A link to track your package

Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after the label is created.


6. ADDRESS ACCURACY

You are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

If your order has not yet entered production or shipment, contact us immediately at:

If the package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • You may be responsible for reshipping costs

  • Refunds for shipping fees cannot be provided


7. LOST, DELAYED, OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once an order is handed to the carrier, we are no longer responsible for delivery issues outside our control.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found:

  • Check with neighbors, household members, or building offices

  • Confirm the address you provided

  • Allow 48 hours, as carriers sometimes mark packages early

If still not located, contact us. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier, but we do not guarantee replacements or refunds for stolen packages.


8. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged:

Contact us within 7 days with:

  • Photos/videos of the damage

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

We will replace defective or damaged items at no cost to you.


9. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING, DUTIES & TAXES

For customers outside the United States:

  • Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply

  • These charges are not included in our product or shipping costs

  • The customer is responsible for paying any customs-related fees upon delivery

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections.


10. UNDELIVERABLE OR RETURN-TO-SENDER PACKAGES

Orders returned due to:

  • Incorrect addresses

  • Refused delivery

  • Unclaimed packages

may require reshipping at the customer’s expense.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.


11. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Once an order has entered production or fulfillment, we cannot cancel it.

12. HOLIDAY SHIPPING

High-volume periods (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, etc.) may result in longer processing and delivery times. We recommend ordering early during holiday seasons.
