Returns requested after the 30-day period will not be accepted.


2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For hygiene, customization, and manufacturing reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Gift cards

  • Digital products

  • Intimate or sanitary goods

  • Items marked Final Sale

  • Downloadable content

  • Opened accessories that cannot be resold

3. WRONG SIZE, WRONG COLOR, OR NOT WHAT YOU EXPECTED

If you ordered the wrong size/color, or the product doesn’t meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days (if eligible under Section 2).
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.


4. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

We will replace the item at no cost to you or provide a refund if a replacement is not possible.

Items damaged through misuse, wear and tear, accident, or negligence are not covered.

If the item was marked as a gift at checkout and shipped directly to you:

12. SHIPPING ERRORS & UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

We are not responsible for packages returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Unclaimed deliveries

  • Refused shipments

Reshipping fees may apply.


13. INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

International customers are responsible for:
