Mayhem Haus is an independent apparel and lifestyle brand built on sarcasm, dark humor, chaos, and unapologetic honesty. We make statement pieces for people who don’t pretend to have it all together—and aren’t interested in fake positivity.

Is Mayhem Haus a startup?

Yes. Mayhem Haus is an independently owned startup brand. Everything you see here is part of building something real from the ground up. As we grow, improve, and evolve, so will the products, visuals, and experience.

Products & Apparel

Are your shirts unisex?

Yes. All Mayhem Haus apparel is unisex.
Products may be categorized by gender for organization purposes only. If a shirt fits your vibe, wear it—no labels required.

What kind of fit should I expect?

Most of our shirts offer a standard unisex fit. If you like a more relaxed look, consider sizing up. If you prefer a more fitted feel, stick to your usual size.

Always check the size chart on each product page before ordering.

What materials are used?

Material details vary by product and are listed on each product page. Most shirts are soft, durable cotton or cotton-blend fabrics designed for everyday wear.

How should I wash my items?

To keep your chaos intact:

  • Wash inside out

  • Cold water

  • Tumble dry low or hang dry

  • Do not iron directly on the design

Orders & Shipping

How long does it take to process my order?

Most items are made to order.
Processing typically takes 2–5 business days before shipping.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary depending on location, but most orders arrive within 5–10 business days after processing.

Please note: delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or circumstances outside our control.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t entered production yet, we may be able to help.
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

Once an item is in production, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.

Returns, Exchanges & Issues

Do you accept returns?

Because most items are made to order, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or sizing issues.

Please double-check sizing before ordering.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

If something shows up wrong, we’ve got you.

Contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the problem

If approved, we’ll arrange a replacement or resolution.

What if the final product looks slightly different than the mockup?

Mockups are for visual reference. Final products may vary slightly due to:

  • Screen settings

  • Printing methods

  • Fabric texture

  • Lighting differences

Mayhem Haus does not control third-party printing services, but we’ll always step in if something is clearly wrong.

AI Transparency

Are your images AI-generated?

Yes. Mayhem Haus currently uses AI-generated images and videos for mockups, lifestyle visuals, and marketing.

Any resemblance to real people is purely coincidental.

Are the designs AI-made?

No. All designs are created by the owner, sometimes with AI assistance as a tool—not a replacement.

Design software such as Canva and Kittl is also used in the creative process.

Will Mayhem Haus use real models in the future?

Yes. As the brand grows and becomes profitable, Mayhem Haus plans to transition from AI models to real photography and real people.

This is part of the long-term vision.

Is Mayhem Haus for everyone?

Mayhem Haus is intended for ages 18+.

Our humor, language, and themes may not be suitable for minors or those easily offended.

Are models depicted over 18?

Yes. All models depicted on this website are represented as being 18 years of age or older.

Politics & Beliefs

Is Mayhem Haus affiliated with any political party?

No. Mayhem Haus is politically agnostic and does not support or affiliate with any political party.

We make fun of everyone equally. Fair is fair.
